Profile Description:
I write for a mix of national newspapers and magazines, primarily in the UK, but also occasionally for US and Asian outlets. All of my stories need a newsy hook, whether it's a big new opening, anniversary or new flight route - a reason for consumers to travel now. I'll occasionally compile round ups as well, but these are usually off the back of previous travel. Usually I'll do a budget travel guide off the back of a luxury trip for example.
For Canada, I'm primarily interested in outdoor experiences and luxury travel but I'm open to being surprised. A key requirement for my usual outlets is that any trips can be recreated - so ideally there's a direct flight route or a tour operator selling the holiday from the UK.
