I'm a food and travel writer and cookbook author who writes regularly for publications including Food & Wine, the Globe & Mail, Zoomer and the Toronto Star. I'm the author of seven cookbooks, including the bestselling “Canada’s Best New Cookbook” and “Toronto Eats” among others. As a TV presenter I develop and demonstrates recipes on CTV and CBC and have offered friendly critiques as a Food Network judge on Wall of Bakers and Iron Chef Canada. As well, I'm a casting producer on Top Chef Canada so am always searching for the best Canadian chefs to feature. I'm also a new novelist (Off Menu) so am searching for settings for my next book. I love niche ideas that haven't been widely explored and innovative food stories.
